Our Team

Every member of our team is a thought leader who has contributed significantly to our society. Each brings to our business a distinct set of talents and experience.

Bob Agnew

Each client's situation and objectives are completely unique, which is why it is essential to have a financial advisor who has worked with a broad range of clients. Bob has nearly three decades of experience working with individuals and families as well as helping business owners and professional practices provide for their employees, save money on taxes and plan for a sound retirement.

Bob started his career as a bond specialist in the Investment Division of BBVA Compass Bank. From there he was a Financial Advisor at UBS Financial Services for 16 years until changing affiliation to Wells Fargo Advisors, where he worked for 12 years. Bob graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. in Economics. Bob is a member of the Rotary Club of Birmingham and enjoys travelling with his wife, Margaret.

Counce Drinkard

As the son of a judge and public school teacher, Counce grew up with a value system that stressed integrity and ethics. He has the heart of an educator instilled upon him and brings these values to his role as your financial advisor.

During the first phase of his career, Counce sat behind a trading desk at some very prestigious firms in Nashville and Birmingham. But he soon realized being Vice President of fixed income institutional sales wasn't a good fit. It wasn't what he wanted to do. He wanted to work one-on-one with people. He to talk to people, get to know them, roll up his sleeves, and take care of things that really matter for individuals and families. So, he embarked on the next phase of his career and joined RFG as an independent financial advisor.

Counce is a graduate of the University of Alabama and holds all the licenses and credentials he needs to do the job.

Outside of work, Counce tries to spend as much time as possible with his wife and two young daughters, while also slipping in some hunting and golfing. He currently serves as President of the Birmingham Sunrise Rotary Club.
